Tuna meat balls

 

Ingredients:

  • 185 gram tuna

  • 50 gram chopped mushroom

  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 dl breadcrumbs

  • 1 dl milk or cream

  • Salt and pepper

  • Oil for frying

 

Drain the tuna and mash it with a fork or spoon.

Put the rest of the ingredients in and stir well.

Let it rest for half an hour and stir again.

Make som balls and fry them for aprox. 4-5 minutes on each side.

 

Serve with potatoes or use them in a sandwich.
